Biography
F.A. Fartusov was born on January 28, 1926 in Moscow. In 1944, drafted into the Red Army . Member of the Great Patriotic War . He was demobilized in 1950 , he worked at TSSDF . Since 1956, the operator and director of the Far Eastern studio newsreel. Since 1991, retired.
F.A. Fartusov died on November 21, 1994 .
