Geography
The area of ββthe district is 3 354.3 kmΒ². In the west it borders with Pasaman and Agam counties, in the south - with Tanah Datar and Sijunjung counties, in the north and east - with the territory of Riau province . Inside the district is the city-municipality of Payakumbuh .
Population
According to the 2010 census , 348 555 people lived in the district [1] .

The territory of Lima-Pulukh-Kota County is administratively divided into 13 districts ( kecamatan ), which in turn are divided into 180 rural settlements ( kelurahan ).
