Anatoly Efimovich Romanenko (born December 15, 1928 , Novopavlovka ) - medical scientist, doctor of medical sciences ( 1982 ), professor ( 1983 ). Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine ( 1997 ). Minister of Health of the Ukrainian SSR in 1975-1989.
