Nosov, Ivan Petrovich

Born in the family of a worker, he himself became a worker from 11 or 12 years old, in 1900 . Member of the Revolution of 1905-1907 in Nizhny Novgorod . Since 1913 he worked in St. Petersburg . In 1920 - 1921, the chairman of the revolutionary committee in the city of Alekseevka, Voronezh province , secretary of the Voronezh provincial party committee. By order of the NKVD-UNKVD of 07.30.1937 No. 00447 [1] was included in the "troika", but after a few days was withdrawn from its composition on the basis of P51 / 544 from 08.08.37 [2] . It was on this day at the 5th plenum of the Ivanovo regional executive committee in the presence and on the initiative of a member of the Politburo L.M. Kaganovich , who arrived with the aim of "cleaning" the party cadres in Ivanovo, Nosov was accused of leadership in the center of the right-wing Trotsky and called the Central Committee to Moscow, where he was arrested on August 26. On November 27, 1937, by the decision of the Military College of the Supreme Court of the USSR, Nosov was shot for allegedly being a member of the anti-Soviet and sabotage-wrecking organization of the right, through which he directed all wrecking activities in agriculture and industry. At the October plenum of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (October 11–12, 1937), he was expelled from the Central Committee as a "exposed enemy of the people." The name of I. Nosov was included in the Stalinist list , dated November 1, 1937 (No. 15 on the list of 45 people, under the heading “Former members and candidates of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.)”). Sentenced to liquidation by Stalin. On November 27, 1937, the verdict was formally approved by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR. Executed on the same day.

November 17, 1956 rehabilitated posthumously.
