By the Imperial High Decree of Emperor Alexander I of June 17, 1816, Philip-August-Gabriel-Francis (de Paul) - Anton de Canon, the Marquis de Ville was raised with his descendants to the Count of the Kingdom of Poland, with the name of Count Demblinsky.
Emblem Description
The shield is crossed: in the 1st, red field, a golden open crowned eagle, in the 2nd, blue, silver rafter.
The shield is crowned by the Count's crown, over which a helmet with a windbreak . Crest: emerging arm in a blue sleeve holding a laurel branch. Namet: red and blue, enclosed partly in gold, partly in silver. Shchintoderzhateli: two dogs with anti-reversed heads in arch collars.
