Biography

Konstantin Krymsky was born on June 28, 1962 in the city of Dresden, Germany, where his father served, then the family moved to Crimea, and when Konstantin was 6 years old - to Moscow. As a child, Konstantin was fond of sports, boxing his passion, speaking for the society “Labor Reserves” at the junior competition of the RSFSR, becomes a silver medalist. From an early age he was also fond of history and music [1] .

After some time, Krymsky entered Moscow State University, where he successfully graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, after which he began to write musical compositions [1] .

In 2007, the first album of the chansonnier " Black and White " was released in collaboration with a friend and poet Alexander Lepeiko . And in 2008 , Krymsky, as part of a group of musicians and poets, prepares and releases his second album, “ My Road ” [2] . In the spring of the same year, a solo concert was held by Konstantin Krymsky in St. Petersburg , and in the summer, another in Moscow, at the Operetta Theater. In addition, on June 19, 2008, the Kremlin held a concert “Memorial Day”, in which Konstantin Krymsky took part. At this concert, he was awarded an honorary diploma and a badge of presidential distinction [2] .

Since that time, Crimean solo concerts began in the cities of Russia and the former Soviet republics, as well as foreign tours. In Berlin, Crimean becomes a member of the famous festival "Chanson in Russian" [2] . After the festival, the singer is recognized as an unconditional "headliner" and is called the "opening of the year" [1] .

In the summer of 2012, Konstantin Krymsky with his program “Believe and Hold” toured the Golden Ring of Russia [3] .

Krymsky is also a participant in many charity concerts for orphans, for mothers whose sons died while performing their military duty, and considers charity to be the main direction of their creative path [1] [4] .

After the Grand Festival in France , dedicated to the memory of the iconic composer of the last century, Paul Moriah , where Konstantin Leonardovich was the only guest singer from Russia, the French began to call Crimean “Russian chansonnier” and “Russian Aznavour” [5] .

In addition, the chansonnier collaborates with cinema, his "Black Hammer" and "Beautiful Life" - the title tracks in two already released films [ what? ] , and currently he continues to write songs for the movie [1] .
