Biography

Member of the Communist Party since 1929 , from the same year he worked in the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of the OGPU in the North Caucasus Territory, the senior commissioner of the INO KRO. Since July 1934, assistant to the head of the Special Department of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD of the North Caucasus Region . He worked under the leadership of Efim Georgievich Evdokimov . Since 1935 he became deputy head of the Secret Political Division of the Department of State Security of the UNKVD in the Azov-Black Sea Territory . Since August 1936 he has been appointed head of the Secret Political Department of the GUGB. From June 1937 he became assistant to the head of the 5th (Special) Department of the GUGB of the NKVD of the USSR . From February 1938 he was appointed Acting Head of the 5th Division of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR . Since June 1938, he has been Deputy Head of the 3rd Division (KRO) of the 1st Directorate of State Security of the NKVD of the USSR .

Repression

Arrested on October 25, 1938 . Shot by the verdict of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on February 22, 1939 (according to other sources in 1940 ) [1] .
