Biography
Born October 1, 1918 in the village. Bitter Balka, now Novopokrovsky district of Krasnodar region, in the family of a peasant . Russian .
Incomplete secondary education - he studied at the village school [1] . He worked as an agricultural technician on the collective farm .
In the Red Army since 1939. On the front in the Great Patriotic War - from November 1941. Member of the CPSU (b) / CPSU since 1942.
The commander of the intelligence section of the 260th Guards Cannon Artillery Guard Regiment, Senior Sergeant Dmitry Gorishniy, being in the combat formations of subunits, during the battle on January 5, 1945, raised the militants to attack. In street battles for Budapest ( Hungary ) skillfully corrected artillery fire. Replaced the retired commander of a rifle company, successfully led the battle.
After the war he was demobilized. He graduated from the Leningrad University. He worked as deputy director, and since 1975 - director of a winery in the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region.
D.P. Gorishny died on August 9, 2006. He was buried in the village of Sennom Temryuk district of Krasnodar Territory [2] .
Awards
