Research Interests
V. S. Dudchenko is one of the founders of an innovative scientific school, the author of an innovative methodology and the concept of ontosynthesis , one of the main ideas of which is that, by programming himself in a certain way, a person is able to create a reality that will correspond to this program.
In 1969, he met in Novosibirsk with G.P. Shchedrovitsky , who over time will say in one of his interviews: “Georgy Petrovich Shchedrovitsky is the only person whose full intellectual superiority I recognized, at least until a certain time” [ 1] . Over the years, taking part in his methodological circle, Dudchenko considered Shchedrovitsky to be his teacher, while not ceasing to criticize a number of his ideas and methods, creating his own innovative methodology in disputes with him.
Dudchenko considered N.I. Lapin , one of the founders of innovation in the USSR, to be his second teacher. In the late 70s, at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute for System Research (VNIISI) Lapin initiated and headed the first research project in the USSR on the sociology of innovations - “Innovations in Organizations”. E. G. Yudin , A. I. Prigogine, B. V. Sazonov, and a number of other scientists took part in this project — they developed a concept and a program for studying innovations. Dudchenko also participated in the project and was engaged in practical research of innovations in organizations - at that time he worked at KamAZ and created a socio-engineering laboratory there, which helped various enterprises to develop and implement various innovative processes.
In 1983, on November 25, he defended his dissertation at the Moscow State University, in a specialized council (K 05.03.05.70) on philosophical sciences, on the topic “Situational structures in the social organization of an industrial enterprise”, many of which later came into his doctoral dissertation and into the arsenal of innovative methodology.
Despite the fact that throughout his life he conducted extensive methodological and theoretical work, engaged in research activities in both domestic and international projects, Dudchenko was convinced that “a scientist, pure methodologist or philosopher deals with stillborn children by the schemes themselves (or by the same ones) ” [1] , and believed that only the position of a consultant allows one to deal with living reality, without ceasing to work on subjects of a more general and higher order.
Consulting Activities
As such, organizational development consultant Dudchenko began working in 1979, becoming one of the founders of management consulting in Russia. He specialized in strategic management, business organization, reengineering, innovation, marketing and staff development.
In 2000, he became one of the initiators of the creation of the National Guild of Professional Consultants and its first president, heading one of the activities of the Guild - innovative consulting [2] . The main task of innovative consultants Dudchenko believed the creation of highly effective viable self-developing social systems [1] , that is, the launch of self-development mechanisms both in an individual person and in a social group or organization.
