1969 World Figure Skating Championships

The 1969 World Figure Skating Championships were held by the International Skating Union on February 25 - March 2 in Colorado Springs , USA . Competitions were held in the categories of women's single skating , men's single skating , pair skating and ice dancing . World champions are: among women the representative of the German Democratic Republic Gabriele Seifert , among the men the US representative Tim Wood , among the pairs representatives of the USSR Irina Rodnina and Alexey Ulanov , representatives of Great Britain Diana Tauler and Bernard Ford in dancing.
