It begins with a t-junction with Belova Street and parallel to Oktyabrskaya passes to Voskresensky Boulevard . It has an intersection with Lokomotivnaya .
Velikolukskaya was formed in 1946–47. Named by the city of Great Luke . Built up by residential buildings. On the left side is the elementary school of Gymnasium No. 2 (the former 51st railway school).
