Biography
In the past, he played for Torpedo (Gorky, Nizhny Novgorod) (from 1974 to 1993 he played 700 matches, scored 57 goals) spent a record 17 seasons for the team.
For many seasons he was the captain of the Gorky team. In addition, he played for SKA MBO (Lipetsk) and Olympia (Ljubljana) , in which he became the silver medalist of the Yugoslav Championship.
Two-time winner of the international tournament for the prizes of the newspaper "Leningradskaya Pravda" in the second team of the USSR.
Since 2000, he has been president of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Hockey Federation.
