It is located 1.5 km from the right bank of the Sinaya River, 33 km south of the city of Ostrov , 15 km southwest of the volost center, the village of Hooks , and 11 km southwest of the village of Gorai .
The population of the village as of 2000 was 5 people. [one]
Until June 3, 2010, the village was part of the now abolished Sineretsky volost with its center in the village of Grivy .
