Balvi parish ( Latvian. Balvu pagasts ) - one of ten volosts of the Balvi region in Latvia . The volost center is the village of Naudaskalns .

At the beginning of 2015, the population of the volost was 661 permanent residents [1] . The highway P47 runs through the territory of the volost.
