Symbols
By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Palsky rural settlement of the Osinsky district of the Perm Territory dated May 11, 2012 No. 15 “On approving the provisions on the Coat of Arms and Flag of the Palsky rural settlement”, the coat of arms and flag of the Palsky rural settlement were approved [3] . The coat of arms is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under No. 7816 [4] . The flag is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under No. 7817 [5] .
Emblem description: “In the azure field, the band is black, with a golden belly and a strip along the back, laden with ten black bezanti, of which there are two middle ones, the salamander turned to the left, lying in scarlet, with a wide golden border of flame” [3] .
Interpretation of the coat of arms: Pal - means “scorched earth, part of the forest and field”, and the salamander - a mythical animal living in the fire, eating it, at the same time able to extinguish it. Therefore, the salamander is the main figure of the coat of arms. In heraldry, the salamander also symbolizes morality and virtue ("all human troubles burn up in a cleansing fire") [3] .
Description of the flag: “A rectangular cloth of blue color with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, reproducing in the center a composition from the coat of arms of the Palsky rural settlement, made in yellow, red and black colors” [3] .
