Henrik Ingebrigsten ( Norwegian Henrik Ingebrigtsen ; born February 24, 1991 ) is a Norwegian athlete, a middle distance runner . 2012 European Champion at a distance of 1,500 meters . Winner of the European Cross-Country Championship in the youth team championship. At the 2012 Olympic Games at a distance of 1,500 meters he took 5th place with a national record of 3.35.43.

On August 29, 2013 at Weltklasse ZΓΌrich took 7th place with a national record of 3.33.95.
In 2014, at ExxonMobil Bislett Games took 4th place in the 1 mile race with a national record of 3.50.72. On July 18, at the Herculis competitions at a distance of 1,500 meters, he took 10th place, setting a new national record - 3.31.46. At the European Championships he won the silver medal, losing only to the Frenchman Mahidin Mehissi-Benabbad .
He set two Norwegian records at the European Indoor Championships 2015 : he finished sixth at a distance of 1,500 meters with a score of 3.39.70 and won a bronze medal at 3,000 meters (7.45.54).
In 2016, he became the third in the 1,500-meter race at the European Championship (his younger brother, Philip won). He participated in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , where he finished his performance in the semifinals.
He became the silver medalist of the European Indoor Championships 2017 in the 3000-meter race.
He trains with his father, Ert Ingebrigtsen. Henrik's younger brothers, Philip (born 1993) and Jacob (born 2000), also run in the middle distance run.
