Lukin, Valery Vladimirovich

Lukin Valery Vladimirovich (born December 20, 1946 , Leningrad ) - Russian oceanologist, polar explorer. He was engaged in studies of the hydrological regimes of the Arctic basin, and features of turbulent mixing of the Arctic waters.
