About the album
Four months earlier, in November 2002, in the USA, Capitol Records released the album Back in the US with only US records from a concert in a US city tour called “ Driving USA Tour ”, which was held in support of McCartney’s 2001 album Driving Rain . After the American tour, McCartney and his accompanying group continued their performances in other countries of the world, and in the Back in the World album (which is based on the tracks included in Back in the US ), some tracks are recordings made in countries other than the USA; the album, unlike Back in the US , was released for sale worldwide.
