At the end of the course at the University of St. Vladimir with a degree of candidate rights, he entered the service in 1862 as a clerical officer in the office of the Kiev, Volyn and Podolsky governor-generals . The following year, he was appointed an official on a special assignment to the head of the Kiev province and in this position carried out formal consequences: the torture and robbery of English citizens of Douglas and Kondlif during the Polish rebellion, incitement by the owner of s. Rossoszek, a retired second lieutenant Geyman, peasants to participate in the last Polish rebellion, about the implications for the rebellion of the Uman district leader of the nobility Elovitsky and others. In 1866 he was appointed ruler of the office of the head of the Kiev province . In 1868 he was assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the appointment of adviser to the Vitebsk provincial government. The following year, he was relocated by the head of the office of the Vilnius, Kovensky, Grodno and Minsk Governor-Generals.
In 1870 he was appointed ruler of the office of the head of the Vilna province . In the same year he was sent to inform the state-owned and to be transferred to the treasury real estate in the north-western region. Appointed as a trustee of the Vilna Insane House, then head of the office of the chief of the north-western province. In 1871 he was appointed an honorary member of the Vilnius gubernatorial guardianship of orphanages, in 1880 he was appointed an official for special assignments of the V class under the Warsaw Governor General. In 1883, he was sent to the settlement of Novo-Alexandria to conduct an inquiry about the unrest that arose at the Institute of Agriculture and Forestry. In 1884 he was appointed Keletsky vice-governor, the following year he was transferred to the same position in the Petrokov province, and in 1891 he was appointed Suvalka governor .
Died March 7 ( 20 ), 1910 , was buried at the Volsky Orthodox Cemetery (Warsaw) [1]
