It is located 22 km southwest of the center of Ostrov and 9 km west of the village of Fedosino . To the north is the village of Puzyrkino , to the south - Paltsevo .
The population of the village as of 2000 was 9 people [1] .
Until 2005, the village was part of the now abolished Paltsevsky volost with its center in the village of Fedosino .
