Located on the right bank of the Utroya River, 14 km south-west of the center of Ostrov and 0.5 km south of the village of Fedosino .
The population of the village as of 2000 was 10 [1] .
Until 2005, the village was part of the now-abolished Paltsevskaya volost with the center in the village Fedosino .
