Shemyatovka is a disappeared village in the Pochinkovsky district of the Smolensk region of Russia . It was located on the territory of the modern Knyazhinsky rural settlement.

Geography
It was located in the central part of the region, 4 versts south of the still remaining village of Jura on a stream flowing into the Tushemlyu river. It was a member of the Knyazhinsky village council of the Pochinkovsky district [1] (now the Knyazhinsky rural settlement ).
History
During the Great Patriotic War was occupied. During the Smolensk operation of 1943, 33 army participated in the liberation of Shemyatovka [2] [3] and
By 1993, it was already considered a village that had ceased to exist.

A personal subsidiary farm was developed.
