Range
Plants are endemic to northern Bolivia [6] .
Biological Description
Ground or epiphytic evergreen shrubs [6] . The leaves are alternate, leathery, ovate or slightly obovate [6] .
Inflorescences are axillary, short, racemose; 10 stamens in a flower [6] .
The fruit is a spherical berry [6] .
