Factory History
Soviet era
In the early 1960s, the Kirov Dairy Plant was put into operation. The company has produced dairy products since its inception. And since the mid- 1990s, he produced about four dozen names of products (including from the series “House in the Village”, “Merry Milkman”, etc.) [4] .
Modern Russia
In 2009, a line for the production of viscous yoghurt (pack type family pack) was launched. The following year, 2 more lines were introduced: for filling jams and milk (plastic transparent bottles) [5] . In November 2012 , the company, PepsiCo , launched the 20th line, the production line for the production of baby food "Zdrivers" (viscous yoghurts, 95 grams). There will be 6,000 doy-pack packages of 95 grams produced per hour. The monthly capacity of this line will be 200 tons [1] .
At the end of 2012 , there are 20 lines producing over two hundred items of dairy and juice products. Supplies of products manufactured here are carried out in all regions of the Russian Federation , from the Urals to the Far East , as well as to neighboring countries [3] . In 2012, potatoes were planted for PepsiCo in the region - so far only a test planting. In the future, the company is considering the possibility of opening a production line for the production of potato chips . According to the governor, in 2013 it is planned to plant large areas with potatoes, and in Berdsk to begin production of juices [6] .
