About the album
Mathieu recorded the new album in Los Angeles for about nine months, with the help of Dorion Fizzel, Brad Thomas Accley and Lawrence Clays, who replaced the old colleagues of Shadid: Cyril Atef, Vincent Segal and Shalom. [1] The songs are built on a simple pun and energetic, sometimes innovative melody. The album took 1st place in the number of downloads from iTunes in the first week. [2] A video was shot for the song Mojo. [3] In early 2013, the musician plans to start a tour in support of his new album.
