Kolnik of Scheuchzer ( Latin Phyteuma scheuchzeri ) is a species of flowering plants of the genus Kolnik ( Phyteuma ) of the Campanulaceae family.

Botanical DescriptionPerennial herb 15β70 cm high. Leaves of bright bluish-green color. Bracts of the inflorescence - heads - lanceolate or linear, usually longer than the inflorescences. Corolla thick blue.
Distribution and habitatIt grows in the Alps at altitudes of up to 3600 m above sea ββlevel .
Economic Significance and ApplicationRarely, SchΓΌchzer's broom is grown as an ornamental plant for rocky gardens. In culture since 1813 .
