Biography
He graduated from the Moscow Historical and Archival Institute (1983).
He worked in the archives of Moscow, the Odintsovo city travel and excursion bureau.
One of the founders of the Historical and Literary State Museum-Reserve A. S. Pushkin in April 1987 [2] , the main curator of the museum, director of the State Historical and Literary Museum-Reserve A. S. Pushkin [3] .
