Sergey Gennadievich Lushchikov (born March 10, 1951 ) is a Soviet statesman. People's Deputy of the USSR . Last Minister of Justice of the USSR.

Biography
In 1972 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law Institute.
- 1972 - 1974 - assistant to the prosecutor of the Priluzsky region of the Komi ASSR .
- 1974 - 1975 - assistant prosecutor of the city of Pechora .
- 1975 - 1981 - prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Komi ASSR.
- 1981 - 1986 - senior assistant to the prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Komi ASSR.
- 1986 - 1990 - Deputy Minister of Justice of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
- 1990 - 1991 - Minister of Justice of the USSR .
- 1991 - 1992 - First Deputy Minister of Justice of Russia.
He was the managing director of legal issues of TENMA CJSC. In 2007, he ran for the State Duma on the lists of the Civil Power party. He was a member of the CEC with an advisory vote from this party.
