Family

Petr Yakovlevich Bogachev (Anisimov), lawyer. Born December 29, 1903 in the village of Tuchkovo, Moscow Region. Parents - Yakov Konstantinovich and Matryona Fedorovna Anisimovs. Brothers - George Anisimov [1] (died in the war in 1914) and Alexander, sisters - Maria and Nina (died in childbirth)

He graduated from a real school .

His father served in the gendarmerie, in 1917 he moved to Moscow, changed his name to Bogachev. The whole family also received the name of the Bogachevs. In 1935, Peter married Evgenia Romanovna Nemtseva [2] , daughter of A. V. Platonova and the repressed R. F. Nemtsev, one of the head of the Rezinotrest enterprise [3], which in the future would negatively affect his career. In 1938, they had a daughter, Nonna Bogacheva (Ryaskova). Her son, the grandson of P. Ya. Bogachev, the famous Russian film director Oleg Ryaskov .

Biography

In the early 1920s, Peter, having moved to Moscow, joined the Moscow court as secretary of the court. Having creative abilities, he soon made friends with a group of young people who organized an amateur theater. In it, he met with Sergei Yesenin and Korney Chukovsky , was very friendly with the famous writer A.P. Grigorovich (1898-1932) and his wife Nina Sergeevna Grigorovich, with the artist N.G. Kotov . There he meets his future wife Evgenia Romanovna Nemtseva. In the thirties, Peter graduated from the Moscow Law Institute and before the war began he worked as a legal adviser.

War years

From 1941 to 1945, during the Great Patriotic War, he served in the battalion of communications, went the military way from the Caucasus to Bulgaria. Demobilized in 1946 with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Nephew P. Ya. Bogacheva Anatoly Sergeyevich Morozov (inaccessible link) was one of the prominent Air Force aces during the Second World War - conducted 236 air battles and destroyed 12 enemy aircraft.

Lawyer

After returning to Moscow, he entered the Moscow Bar Association and, as a lawyer, participated in many large post-war processes, including the Khabarovsk process . In the 1950s he was appointed director of legal advice (in the center of Moscow), but according to the denunciation that his wife was the daughter of the repressed Nemtsev R.F. In the future, until almost 80 years, he continued to successfully work as a lawyer. His speeches were often published as exemplary in many legal collections. He literally saved many of the defendants from death, proving their innocence.

He died on January 14, 1993 at the age of 89. He was buried in the Khovansky cemetery.
