Brashi Butte is a shield volcano, which is located near the town of MacArthur between Mount Glass and the volcano Lassin Peak . The frozen lava flows consist predominantly of basalts directed southward from the epicenter of the eruption. Brashi Butte is one of the last volcanic formations formed in the Late Pleistocene and Holocene in the area. The surroundings of the volcano are covered with light forest.
