1962 - 1979 - Postgraduate student, Department of Industrial Economics, assistant, senior researcher, senior lecturer, associate professor, deputy dean, dean, vice-rector, first vice-rector of the Kiev Institute of National Economy.
1979 - 1986 - Director of the Department of Industry, Science and Technology of the UNECE secretariat in Geneva .
