Biography
Born in the village of Yasman-Salyk of the Rukhabat etrap.
In 1987, he graduated from the Turkmen State Medical Institute with a degree in surgeon . Candidate of Medical Sciences .
He began his career in 1987 as an intern in the surgical department of an emergency hospital.
In 1987–1991 he worked as a surgeon in the hospital in the city of Abadan .
In 1991-1994 he was a graduate student in the Department of General Surgery TGMI.
In 1994–2005, he served as an assistant in the course of urology at the Department of Optional Surgery at the Turkmen State Medical Institute.
In 2002-2005, he worked as a dean of the faculty of pediatrics at TGMI.
From the month of Turkmenbashi to the month of Novruz 2005 - Director of the pharmaceutical company "Tenekar". From the month of Gurbansoltan 2005, director of the Turkmendermansenagat association.
From February 27, 2007 to April 9, 2010 served as Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.
Since July 2010, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia. In December 2012, he was relieved of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Armenia “due to his transfer to another job”.
On December 12, 2012 he was appointed Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Turkey [1] . On September 16, 2013, he was simultaneously appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Israel [2] .
On February 26, 2016, appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium [3] On March 26, 2016, presented his credentials to Philip, the King of the Belgians. [4] [5] .
As of 2018, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as well as the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Kingdom prohibition of chemical weapons. On April 2, 2018, Ata Serdarov was elected chairman of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan . In this regard, on April 5, 2018, President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov freed him from all diplomatic posts [6] .
