Iskanderova, Halima Shakirovna

Halima Iskanderova was born in Tashkent in 1940. Childhood and school years passed in the city of Frunze . The father of the future actress, Shakir Iskanderov, was drafted to the front in 1941. In 1942 he died heroically in battles with enemy troops in the Smolensk region . Starting from school, she took an active part in amateur art.

After leaving school, she left for Moscow, where she entered GITIS . Before moving to Kazan and starting work at the Tatar State Academic Theater. G. Kamala managed to work in the Tula Regional Theater. Since 1963 ^[1] , Halima Iskanderova has been one of the leading actresses of the Tatar Academic Theater named after Galiaskar Kamal. In her role as a bright and characteristic actress, she is a continuation of the tradition of the great Tatar actress Fatyma Ilskaya (1902-1984), it is especially symbolic that Halima Shakirovna now lives in the former apartment of Fatyma Ilskaya ^[2] , just a stone's throw from the old building of the Theater named after Kamala on the street Gorky in Kazan (since 1987 the Tatar Theater named after K. Tinchurin has been located in this building).

November 22, 2013 at the Tatar State Academic Theater. G.
