Symbols
The beginning of the settlement and development of the territory of the modern Vargashinsky district by Russian people falls at the end of the 17th century. By the 40s of the 18th century, the border line (Ishimskaya) with nomads divided the territory of the future region in half (which on the coat of arms symbolically shows the dissection of the shield into two parts). Only in the 50s of the 18th century, with the construction of a new border-defensive line, did the territory of the region firmly become part of the Russian state. One of the links of the old border line was the outpost Maximovsky. With the transfer of the border, its military-defensive significance was lost, and later the village of Vargasheva (Vargashi) appeared on the site of the outpost. It is by the name of this village that the district center and district are named.
The working village of Vargashi owes its origin to the construction of the Trans-Siberian Railway. During its existence, the Vargashinsky district has transformed from an agrarian region to an agrarian-industrial one. Of great importance in this transformation is given to the railway station (symbolically represented by a wheel on the coat of arms), since the railway provided reliable communication, fast communication with the district and then the regional center, as well as material support for residents and local enterprises.
The wheel is not only a symbolic reflection in the coat of arms of the Vargashinsky district of the railway station, but also a symbol of perpetual movement and development.
The flames that accompany the wheel symbolize the plant of fire and special equipment (OJSC "Vargashinsky plant of fire and special equipment"), which defines the industrial face of the region.
Red color symbolizes labor, life-affirming power, courage, celebration, beauty.
Gold is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, strength, strength, generosity.
Black color symbolizes prudence, wisdom, modesty, honesty. [2] .
