History of Creation and Development
The history of the formation and development of the seaport of Olga dates back to 1857 , when the bays of St. Vladimir and St. Olga were opened by a diplomatic mission led by Admiral Efim Vasilyevich Putyatin and the crew of the America ship and corvette led by commander Lieutenant Commander Nikolai Matveyevich Chikhachev .
- 1859 - the first military post of St. Olga was formed , whose head was appointed Alexander Stepanovich Manevsky .

- 1969 - in the village of Olga, a timber transshipment base of the Krasnorechensk timber industry enterprise was organized for export deliveries of timber and timber to Japan from logging sites.

- 1992 - the state-owned enterprise “Olginsky timber industry enterprise”, which carried out transshipment in the seaport of Olga, was corporatized by transformation into OJSC “Olgales”, and the State Unitary Enterprise “Commercial Sea Port of Olga” was formed on the basis of property not subject to privatization.
- 1994 - in accordance with the order of the Department of Sea Transport of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated February 28, 1994 No. 19, the state institution "Maritime Administration of the Port of Vladivostok" was formed, in the structure of which the Olginsky branch was established, which, as port authorities, began to exercise administrative powers "MAP Vladivostok" in the seaport of Olga.
- 1998 - by order of the Government of Russia dated September 11, 1998 No. 1332-r the State Unitary Enterprise “Sea Commercial Port of Olga” was liquidated, and the federal property of the state enterprise in the seaport of Olga was assigned to the State Institution “Maritime Administration of the Port of Vladivostok” in the established manner.
- 2003 - during the implementation of the administrative reform of the Government of the Russian Federation to improve public administration in seaports, a single economic entity in the seaports of Russia, Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosmorport, was created.
- 2003 - by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated September 25, 2003 No. 09 / OD, the Vladivostok branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” was established.

- 2010 - by order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2010 No. 1366-r, the Olga seaport is open for calls by foreign vessels.
- 2011 - in accordance with the order of Rosmorrechflot dated January 18, 2011 No. AD-1-r of FSI “AMP Vladivostok” was renamed to the Federal State Institution “Administration of Seaports of Primorsky Territory”. In accordance with the charter of the FSI “AMP of the Primorsky Territory”, the authority of the port authorities in the seaport Olga is exercised by the Olginsky branch of the FSI “AMP of the Primorsky Krai”.

- 2013 - by order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated 12.11.2012 No. 904n, the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated 7.03.2012 No. 207n was canceled, by which the checkpoint in the seaport of Olga was included in the list of checkpoints across the state border, specially equipped and intended for import into the Russian Federation goods, chemical, biological and radioactive substances, waste and other goods that are dangerous to humans, food, materials and products in contact with food.
- 2014 - by order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 05.08.2014 No. 219 in the seaport of Olga the anchorage areas for detained or arrested vessels were determined.
- 2014 - by order of Rospotrebnadzor dated 10.10.2014 No. 1011 Olga seaport is included in the list of ports in which the Certificate on passing the ship sanitary control and the Certificate on exemption of the ship from sanitary control are issued and extended.
- 2015 - by order of Rosgranitsa dated August 10, 2015 No. 193-OD in the seaport of Olga, the new borders of the sea freight permanent multilateral checkpoint across the state border of the Russian Federation were approved. Plots of territory and water areas with the corresponding berthing facilities at the loading points located in the villages of Rudnaya Pristan and Svetlaya left the borders of the seaport of Olga.
- 2015 - The Olginsky municipal district and the port of Olga (without points in other municipalities) in October in accordance with federal law became part of the Free Port of Vladivostok [1] .

Prospects for the development of the seaport of Olga are associated with the further development of objects of the coastal port infrastructure of the seaport.
