It is located on the right bank of the Keb River, 13 km northwest of the village of Karamyshevo and 20 km east of the center of Pskov .

The population of the village as of 2000 was 12 people [1] .

Until January 1, 2010, the village was part of the now abolished Zaporizhzhya volost with its center in the village of Lopatovo .
