History
Joe Public Football Club was created in 1996 by CONCACAF President . In 1998, the club won the semi-professional championship of Trinidad and Tobago . In 1999, Joe Public became one of eight clubs to form the Trinidad Professional Football League. After the 2003/04 season, the club refused to participate in the Pro-League for financial reasons and voluntarily dropped into the National Super League, the second-highest division. After spending two seasons in the sub-elite division, the club returned to the big league in 2006 with triumph, having won the championship. In 2009, the club won its third league title. After the 2010/11 season, the club again voluntarily dropped in class. Before the start of the 2014/15 National Super League season, Joe Public withdrew from the championship [1] .
