Biography
Jose Angel Ejido's family moved to Vigo shortly after his birth, where Jose Angel lived until the mid-1970s. After spending some time in Italy, Jose Angel Ejido settled in Madrid , where he began to study acting. Subsequently, he continued his studies in Chinechitta in Rome in the early 80s. In Italy, Ejido made his film debut in 1983, starring in Dominique de Fazio's Arrival short film ( Italian: Un arrivo ).
Popularity came to the actor in 1995 with a role in the TV series "Family Doctor". In the cinema, Ejido became famous for his role as Lino in the film “ Mondays in the Sun ”, for which the actor was awarded the Goya Award in 2002 in the nomination “Best Male Actor's Debut” and later became a very popular actor in Spanish cinema. Ejido's second nomination for the Goya Award for the supporting role followed the role in the 2008 film José Luis Querda 's Blind Sunflowers .
On television, Ejido worked on several television series, including in the countdown .
