It is located on the Begila River, 18 km southeast of Zavodoukovsk and 110 km from Tyumen .
The population is 550 (2010).
History
It is believed that in the first half of the XVII century, some Pershin put a house on the edge of the spring, hence the name of the new settlement. Translated from Ukrainian, "first" is the first.
In 1749 there were 6 courtyards, where 20 people lived (only men from 15 to 50 years old were counted).
A significant place in the activity of Persian peasants was occupied by the processing of animal raw materials, which included the processing of animal skins. Skins were used to make shoes, coats, sheepskin coats.
