Facula Crete ( lat. Crete Facula ) - relatively small a bright spot (area) on the surface of the largest satellite of Saturn - Titan .

Geography and Geology
The coordinates are , the maximum size is about 680 km [1] . It is located next to several other fakuly: to the east there are Tortola and Vis fakulas, southeast - Santorini , to the south - Kerguelen , to the south-west - Nicobar and Oahu . Fakula Crete was found on images transmitted by the Cassini spacecraft. Most likely it has a tectonic origin [2] .
Eponym
Named in honor of the Greek island of Crete . This name was approved by the International Astronomical Union in 2006 [1] .
