Located 27 km south-west of the city of Opochka , near the river Vet . To the west is the village of Karpovo , to the east - the Baked .
The population as of 2000 was 47 inhabitants [1] , in 2012 - 30 inhabitants.
Until 2006, she was a member of the now abolished Ladyginskaya volost as its administrative center.
