Nasso Street, B-em-ti is the New York Underground line operated by the Brooklyn and Manhattan Transport Company (BMT) and is now part of Division B. The line serves Manhattan and is a continuation of the Jamaica line , which comes from Brooklyn . It starts at the Williamsburg Bridge in Lower East Side County in Manhattan and goes to the intersection with the Broadway line directly in front of the Montague Street Tunnel . Trains from the Nasso Street line have not served this tunnel since June 2010, ending at the Broad Street station in Lower Manhattan County. Route J serves the line all the time, and Z only during peak hours in the peak direction. Historically, this line was also served by route M , but on June 27, 2010 the route was redirected via the Christie Street connecting line to Sixth Avenue instead of the closed route V. Currently, Route M serves only one station on the line: Essex Street .

History
After the opening of the first line of IRT in 1904, the city began to develop projects for new lines. Two of them were extensions of the existing system: to Central Brooklyn and to Van Cortland Park in the Bronx . But the other two — Center Street Loop Subway (or Brooklyn Loop Subway) and Fourth Avenue — were separate lines. The design of the Center Street Loop Subway line was approved on January 25, 1907 . The line was to become four-way and connect the Williamsburg Bridge , Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge . The connection with the latter was never built. The line was supposed to be built near Center Street, Canal Street and Delancey Street . The plan also included an extension south of the Brooklyn Bridge under William Street to Wall Street and several lines to the Hudson River. The contract for the construction of the main branch was concluded in early 1907. In early 1908, line service was assigned to the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Company (BRT).
On September 16, 1908, the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Company began servicing a short section of the line from the descent from Williamsburg Bridge to Essex Street Station . This stretch runs under Delancey Street. On August 4, 1913, the Center Street Loop line was extended to Chambers Street, with trains temporarily traveling along two western routes. The southern routes from the Manhattan Bridge were connected to the station on June 22, 1915 . This connection is not currently in use. The extension of the line south from Chambers Street to the Montague-Street Tunnel was completed only on May 30, 1931 .
The directional development of Chambers Street Station has repeatedly changed in the process of its construction, each time involving an unrealized connection to the Brooklyn Bridge . In 1910, it was assumed that the two western routes would go to the Brooklyn Bridge , and the two eastern routes would go south to the Montague-Street Tunnel . But subsequently this development was changed. Two external routes went to the tunnel, and two internal routes were turned into a dead end for turning the trains on weekends when the station is final.
On September 20, 2004, trains heading north started moving along the second track from the west. Northbound platforms at Bowery and Canal Street were closed. The second path from the east was dismantled.
