Alexander Nevsky Church is an Orthodox church in Kiev on the Galagany farm (now the Shevchenkovsky district ), which was built in 1893 and lost in the 1930s.

History
The temple was founded on December 6, 1891 and two years later it was consecrated and the Church was given the name of St. Alexander Nevsky. The temple was built according to the project of the architect Vladimir Nikolaevich Nikolaev .
Abolition
The temple was closed in 1934, and the cemetery was also destroyed at the same time. The last of the priests of the church - Father John was destroyed in 1936 (arrested in 1934, and shot in 1936).
Architecture
The temple was made in the "Moscow-Yaroslavl" style and included 1 central dome and 4 small side domes, as well as decorative tops.
The interior was decorated with the works of outstanding masters V. Vasnetsov , V. Kotarbinsky , I. Seleznev and P. Svedomsky .
