History

In 2004, Yevgeny Tugolukov (former manager of the MDM Group ) acquired the ZiO-Podolsk plant . The plant in 2005 became the basis for the creation of a medium-sized machine-building holding.

The holding under the control of Evgeny Tugolukov existed until 2006, when the subholding EMAlliance-Atom, which included ZiO-Podolsk and engineering company ZIOMAR, was selected as part of EMAlliance. The controlling stake (50% plus 1 share) was bought by the newly created state company Atomenergomash . In 2006, another private shareholder appeared in EMAlliance-Atom - 25% minus one share bought Renova [1] .

Until February 2012, 100% of EMAlliance’s shares belonged to Auburn Investments Ltd., the main beneficiary of which was Evgeni Tugolukov [2] . In February 2012, the Power Machines company acquired a 100% stake in EMAlliance [3] .

Owners and management

100% of EMAlliance’s shares belong to OJSC Power Machines [3] .

Chairman of the Board of Directors - Igor Kostin, CEO - Alexander Andrianov.

Activity

EMAlliance enterprises specialize in the production of power equipment for thermal and nuclear power plants, gas and petrochemical enterprises.
