Located on the banks of the Loknyanka (Varavina) river, 15 km northwest of the village of Palkino and 5 km southwest of the former volost center, the village of Vasilyevo .
History
Pogost Lokno in the scribe books of 1585-87 marked by the center of Lokonskaya Bay of Izborsk County. [2] .
Until April 2015, the village was part of the Vasilievsky volost , then the Vasilievsky volost was abolished and included in the Palkinsky volost [3] .
