Russian Renju Championship is an annual renju competition organized by the Russian Renjists Association . It has been held since 1992 . The current winner is Pavel Makarov from Moscow .

Appearance
The Russian Renju Championship is the successor of the USSR Renju Championship . The first final was held in February 1993 in the city of Yelets, the qualifying tournament for it was held in Moscow in November 1992. The championship is held annually.

Competition System
The composition of the final stage of the championship of Russia, 16 people, is recruited from the winners of the last final and the winners of the qualifying tournament. The system of the finals is a round robin, the qualifiers are Swiss.
