Geography
The village is located on both banks of the Plyussa River (at the confluence of the Paguba River into it), 10 km north-west from the district center - the settlement of Plyussa .
Earlier, it was the villages of Bolshaya Lyshnitsy (on the left (southern) bank of Plyussa ) and Malyi Lyshnitsy (on the right (northern) bank and at the mouth of the Pubby ).
Population
The population of the village was 63 inhabitants as of the end of 2000. [1]
History
Until January 1, 2006, the village was part of the now-abolished Nezhadov volost .
