The Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska is the legally elected head of the Government of the Republika Srpska . He leads and leads the government, representing the Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the international arena.

Election Method
The future prime minister is elected in accordance with the Constitution of the Republika Srpska. The candidacy is proposed by the President of the Republic after consultations with deputies of the Assembly (parliament). Then the prime minister is elected by a simple majority of the deputy votes. Usually the government is led by a representative of the ruling party.
