Trstentsi ( Serb. Trstentsi ) is a village (village) in the Derventa community , which belongs to the Republic of Srpska , Bosnia and Herzegovina . According to the results of the Yugoslav census of 1991, 894 people lived in Trstentsy. Located on the banks of the Sava River near the border with Croatia .
