Wagon trailer

The eight-axle trailer with a load-carrying capacity of 28 tons is intended for transportation of assortment and logs on 750 mm gauge railways. ^{[2] A} coupler car consists of two identical four-axle semi-couplings, interconnected by a telescopic sliding insert that allows you to change the base and the total length of the coupler (the length is set depending on the length of the logs). Thanks to the telescopic insertion, the removal of wood in the whips from 8–24 m long and a design speed of 50 km / h is ensured. The main supporting element of the semi-chain is a spinal box-section beam welded in the form of a bar of equal bending resistance from two vertical sheets 8 mm thick and two horizontal sheets 10 mm thick. Two pivot box-section beams are welded to the ridge beam, and in the middle - a transverse beam on which the metal frame conic supports are used. On one side of the spinal beam a shock-traction device is installed, on the other - a device for connection with a telescopic insert. In the central part of the ridge beam there is a turntable, which is designed to transfer the load from the conic to the ridge. Konik car-trailer - frame construction, consists of two longitudinal, two transverse intermediate and two end transverse beams with vertical posts. Inside the end transverse beams of the frame conic there is a mechanism for automatic locking of the posts. Top rack connected by chains. To stabilize the position of the frame conic when the wagon is moving in the unloaded condition, a lock is placed on the ridge beam. Coupling car can be of two types: non-brake and with automatic brake. The two-axle carts of a die-welded construction with a spring set consisting of two cylindrical springs serve as a chassis of the semi-link . ^[3]
